He felt the water swirl beneath his hooves with each stroke. He swam out of the deep part and up the shore, to where he could touch the bottom, but the majority of his body was still in the lake. He watched with a grin as Maori's slight frame glided toward him, making small ripples of water lap over his back. Her long mane and tail billowed out from her in a beautiful swirl, curling around both of them. He watched with admiration at her wet forelock that was slicked back, making more of her small, elegant face visible. He gave her a playful eyebrow and lowered his head into the water, just his bottom jaw submerged.
"I'm so glad I showed you then." She said with a jubilant smile.
"Me too!" He smiled. "It is perfect for swimming, after all, but it's also good for SPLASHING!"
Sev chuckled warmly and reared up, splashing her with millions of cool water droplets. He then ducked under the water, before she could get him back. He looked up at her from under the water and grinned, in a somewhat goofy manner. Her body was made a silhouette by the sun shining through, and it made him laugh, her usually good figure being distorted by the waves. Little bubbles of laughter drifted to the surface and Sevastyan came up with them. He peered out from the surface of the lake and blew water out of his nose. A mirthful grin came to his lips as he looked at her.
