Brief Plot Summary:
Gaius, a lax dunalino of the Exile herd that lacks both directions and patience; is utterly lost inside the Fallen City of the East Island. His original plan was to cross back over the land-bridge to get back to the Southern Isle, however he had to take a detour in the process leading him into the Fallen City.
Much to his dismay he circles around the same area countless amounts of times, leading the stallion to questionable self doubt and irritation. His only hope is for a fellow member of the Bachelor's or a stray member of his own to guide him back to the thin land extension.
He's unwilling to go to his His last resort; defeat.

The flaring sun rose high among the towering clumps of plaster and rumble that scatter across the lush greenery. Stubborn weeds crawling their way in between small cracks of old sidewalks and flooring as sprouting tree saplings circle around the fallen homes that have thick growing vines lining their fragile sides. The scenery was a huge clash between the suburban and urban life styles that the humans once had hundreds of years ago; clearly nature had won in this battle as plants had taken the liberty of covering over a lot of the city's grounds. It was simply surreal. The bent light posts sag sadly in horizontal rows and signs hung loose off their hinges as a light figure weaved it's way through the crumbling city for what seemed like the millionth time today. It's hooves ache painfully so from the endless traveling, circling the perimeter to try and find a way out; it only results in failure each time as the horse falls back to his original spot by a fairly large structure, about a few stories high with shattered windows placed on each of it's levels.
The hopeless search was becoming irritating for him, and by this point he was considering to just stay where he is until some poor sap decides to venture in this place and find his pathetic self draped by the building. But as appealing as it was to just lay back and wait like the lazy stallion he was known to be, Gaius knew he had to do something about this situation. If it weren't for the small detour he had made back along his journey to the Land-bridge, he would've been in the Southern Isle by now. But it was a clear 'do or die' decision. If he had not moved away, it was more than likely he would become victim to one of the East Island's various predators. His only hope was to keep looking.
'It'd be nice if everything didn't look the same...' The pale stallion thought bitterly, swaying his head back and forth to see if there was anything different that he could have missed and perhaps guide him in a different direction, however there were too many obstacles to turn to and it was far too dangerous to venture in and out of the unstable ceilings and walls. He couldn't risk any injuries.
Standing there for the slow passing minutes irked Gaius to keep moving, and the feeling only got worse the more he stayed in the spot. So with a breathy snort the Hanoverian moved forward, long legs moving leisurely with hooves clacking rather loudly against cement padding and his blond tail swaying softly from side to side with the wind breezing through his golden coat. The male made sure to keep an eye out for anything suspicious or threatening, peering into large cracks and low, broken windows; thoughtfully looking around makeshift barriers and solo walls the stood alone.
By this time he prayed to whatever unicorn out there that he desperately needed help- something to get him out of this eerie place.
It felt like he was about to go insane.
