Fall was upon them, and all the witch could think was that it was ironically appropriate. The leaves were thrown from their homes on their branches and wasted away on the ground. She was relating to leaves and the witch couldn't help but laugh. Perhaps she was finally going mad, she had never related to an inanimate object before. It was a peculiar thing, and the thought twisted in her gut, sending the Witch into another spiral of throat tightening emotion. She tried to breathe, but found herself teleporting forward with every gasp, a few feet once, and 20 another. Her body knew her better than she did at times, and this was one of them.
She wanted - no she needed to leave this place. It had become toxic all too quickly. She took a deep breath, and suddenly found herself on the land bridge's welcome mat. Ba'yagu took a deep breath, forcing herself to breathe before she mistakenly plunged herself in the water. Despite feeling as if it was a viable option, drowning was not on her agenda today. The mortals needed her, especially at a time like this. She had been so wrong to abandon them in the first place, but it wasn't too late to help them now. She took a step onto the land bridge and suddenly felt her soul skyrocketing to east, away from olde, and away from eve, her body following close after.
It was late in the night when her hooves graced the deep hills of the Bachelor land, and though she had crossed the eastern lands many times before the witch felt disoriented. She couldn't tell if she was closer to the riddle mountains or summer fields, but she felt that she should lay down and rest, close her eyes before she made any more rash decisions. As she fell into the ground, lush grass of the east surrounding her however, Ba'Yagu's gift betrayed her. She was not alone.
