    Venus listened closely to the mare and thought. Most anything large had been diminished to ash, so any stick was certain to be ages away, but maybe the largest trees had remained as long shells of bark, simply charred and weakened. You said there was a forest once here. Go to that way and find whats left of them, if you can bring yourself to. I believe I'm far too small to be of any help in retrieving one." Venus suggested to the group. "And I'll find a place to pile the ash." she added in attempt to seem useful. In all reality, Venus didn't think she could do anything more than push debris away with her snout. Her strength was not fully back, even after all this time. The mare quickly shook her head and banished any thought of her bachelor days. I will never think of that on this land ever. she declared to herself. That was over forever now and they could never take her back.
